The Summer I…. Fell in Love with Scrapbooking 

Fall in love with your childhood whimsy all over again at The Summer I Fell in Love with Scrapbooking Soiree.

When: 6pm – 8pm, Sunday 14^th December

Where: Sean Scott Boutique – 21c James Street, Burleigh Heads

Who: Hosted by Chantelle at A Thousand Thoughts

This relaxed session invites you to revisit the simple joys of summer, whether that was playing mermaids by the water, building sandcastles, collecting trinkets, having picnics, or spending time with loved ones, turn those memories into creative scrapbook pages using a set of gentle journal prompts.

Journal prompts include:

·      What is on your summer bucket list?

·      What is your favourite summer memory?

·      What is your favourite summer destination or place?

·      What does a nostalgic summer mean to you?

Tickets are $35 per person and includes:

·      2 hours of scrapbooking (guided or unguided depending on your preference)

·      Light non-alcoholic refreshments

·      A nostalgic-summer sticker sheet

·      A themed scrapbook paper pack

·      Extra goodies and ephemera courtesy of A Thousand Thoughts and Sean Scott Boutique

·      Access to shared stationery and crafting supplies including letter cut-outs, glue, scissors, stamps etc

What to Bring:

·      A journal

·      Your creativity

·      Any special photos or ephemera you would like to include but you will have plenty of materials to use without bringing your own.

Please don’t be afraid to come alone, these events are all about connecting with like-minded others and tapping into your creativity.

Need to know:

·      Due to the nature of this workshop and items having to be pre-purchased, all ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded. They can be transferred to another person, just let us know if you would like a name change.

·      Paid parking is available on James Street and surrounds
